Winter holiday parties brought excitement to classrooms at Patrick M. Villano School. Laughter, decorations, and celebrations fill the school during this special time of year.

Jahtalia Feingold, a sixth grader “loved hanging out with her friends” the most when attending her class holiday party, but wished “it would last a little longer.”  Feingold noted that her favorite holiday is Christmas “because I get to spend quality family time and have lots of days off.” Her favorite Christmas tradition is going to New York City to enjoy various events and restaurants with her family.

Ruth Altman, a fifth grader, shared her favorite part of her class party.

“I really liked making snowmen at the holiday party,”  she said. “It was fun to play with the slime.”

When asked if there is anything Altman would change about the holiday party, she responded “I wish it could have gone on for longer! …  This party was new and exciting compared to others in the past.”

Alman said that she celebrates Christmas at home, and that it’s her favorite holiday of the year. The same is true for fifth-grader Guiliana Brower.

“At the holiday party, I just like chilling and talking to my friends,” Brower said.
