Kaitlyn Carey is a sixth grader at Patrick M. Villano school and takes pictures for The Villano View. Carey was very excited to join The Villano View because she loves taking photographs. Carey also participates in the Villano News Network (VNN). She loves to dance. Carey has a dog named Karen that she loves very much. Karen is a funny and adorable dog.

The sixth grade staff of The Villano View comprise writers, editors and photographers. The afterschool club meets every other Friday throughout the school year.

About 50 students performed in the fifth and sixth grade chorus. One of their songs was "Somewhere in My Memory".

Members of the fifth and sixth grade chorus practice their songs on stage. Many of these students hope to continue singing in the middle school next year.

This student plays the bass drum during the Winter Concert rehearsal. The towel is used to dampen the sound of the drum.

This group of fifth grade students is playing "Old Joe Clark" which is an American folk song. They practicied this song independently during early morning band rehearsals.

Students in third and fourth grade attentively listen as their peers perform on stage. Winter Concert rehearsal is a highlight of the week for many students.

This is a trumpet and flute player playing the song "Vicksburg March". It is a march-style song.
