Ivan Jacob is a sixth grader at Patrick M. Villano Elementary School. He has been active in The Villano View for three years now. In his free time, he rides his skateboard around town. He also likes to take pictures and videos. Jacob is a friendly person, and he loves to help other people. He enjoys making digital videos and taking photographs. In addition, Jacob takes part in the Villano News Network (VNN).

During the first few days of the New Year and The Chinese New Year or The Year of the Pig. People set up lanterns for the Year of the Pig to celebrate it. People set up these lanterns to give a fun time during the the first few days of Year of the Pig. Many people came to see this amazing sight.

The layout for this year's Field Day includes 16 different activity stations. Teacher and parent volunteers will be at each station. There is also room for four resting stations which are places students can take a break.
