Ava Tripodi, Reporter
Ava Tripodi is a sixth grader at Patrick M. Villano Elementary School. Ava is an avid soccer and softball player. Ava has been an elected official in Student Congress for the past two years. For the second year in a row, Ava will be part of the school spring play. Ava participates in the school DARE program, Safety Patrol, Continental Math League, and Villano News Network (VNN). VNN has been a great opportunity for Ava to express her love for writing in the form of scripts. She's loved writing since she was a little girl. Ava likes to express herself through words and drawings. When Ava was little, she loved to write books about fictional characters she made up. Not only does Ava love to write, but she also enjoys reading and math. When Ava is older, her dream jobs include being a lawyer, a neonatal nurse, or a news reporter on the Today Show.
