Students in Emerson schools had spring break from April 12 to April 20, 2025. Many people went on vacations with their families and enjoyed the warmer weather with friends. Caden Peyko, a 6th grader at Patrick M. Villano School, went to the family’s beach house.

“I really enjoyed it, My favorite part was that I went to the beach for my first time in a couple of months,” Peyko said.

This break, usually found in April, is a popular time for students to adventure to new places. Samanya Panda, another 6th grader, went to Las Vegas and Arizona, and hiked a trail on the Grand Canyon.”

“In Vegas, I went to see a water light show and went to Cirque du Soleil, which was my favorite part because of how cool the acrobatics were and the story behind it. I very much enjoyed my spring break, it was very exciting and adventurous.”
