The Villano Holiday Shoppe is a time-honored tradition at Patrick M. Villano School. The Emerson PTA fundraiser also takes place at Memorial School, too. Brooke Castillo, a PTA volunteer, shares some best sellers at this year’s event.
“Pet toys are a very big seller, so o are the large tumblers,” Castillo said.
Fifth-grader Ava Khiami describes her favorite part of the Holiday Shoppe.
“My favorite part about the holiday shop is that you can buy things for your family and people that you love,” Khiami explains.
All the money raised from the Holiday Shoppe goes back to the PTA. Last year, the PTA bought the gaga ball pit on the lower field at Villano School.
