Michael DiBono is a big Giants fan, and although the team is off to a rough start with a record of 2 – 7, he still has his favorite players.
“My favorite player on the Giants is Dexter Lawence, but Malike Nabers is a close second,” the sixth grader said.
Lawrence is a defensive tackle and Nabers is a rookie wide receiver. DiBono added that Theo Johnson, a rookie tight end and a third round draft pick, adds to the team’s value.
Nathan Grompone a fourth grader is also a huge Giants fan. The best player and his favorite player differ.
“The best player on the Giants is Malik Nabers. He is an amazing player and he is very fast. My favorite player on the Giants is Wandell Robinson,” said Grompone.
Wandell is a wide receiver. Grompone thinks the Giants will end with a 6 – 11 record.
“The record I think they are going to finish off with is 7 – 10,” DiBono said.
Most recently, the Washington Commanders beat the Giants 27 – 22 at home.
