Have you ever thought why there’s so much hype about Crumbl Cookies? We did. We wondered how good these cookies really tasted, so we traveled to their new store in Paramus, New Jersey. We went as soon as they opened one Saturday morning. The employees were hard at work making fresh cookies. As soon as we walked in, we got a whiff of a delicious cookie smell. Each week, the brand features five different cookie flavors. They offer the original semi-sweet Chocolate Chunk Cookie all the time.
“I really like how the chocolate chip cookie was melted because the chocolate spread through the cookie,” Declan Bahng, sixth-grader, said. His brother, agreed.
Lincoln Bahng, also a sixth grader, also liked the original Chocolate Chunk Cookie saying it was, “soft and chocolatey on the inside.”
The brothers next tried the Peanut Butter Crisp Cookie.
“It tasted like a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup on top of a sugar cookie,” Declan Bahng said.
About the Peanut Butter Crisp Cookie, Lincoln Bahng said, “I like how it was melted and soft. I can really taste the peanut butter.”
Finally, it was time for the Cookie Dough flavor.
“It tastes like cookie dough ice cream from Dairy Queen. My favorite is the Cookie Dough Cookie,’’ Declan Bahng decided.
Lincoln Bahng also liked the Cookie Dough Cookie saying, “I like how I can taste the chocolate chips and the cookie dough. The flavors go well together.”
According to the store’s website, the cookie franchise started with two cousins who strived to make the best chocolate chip cookie. They opened their first store in Utah in 2017. There are now more than 850 Crumbl Cookies locations around the world.
If you have a sweet tooth, we recommend going to Crumbl Cookies.
