Trash for Treasure

Third graders learned the importance of recycling through a special program called Trash for Treasure. Students used recyclable material for another purpose rather than just tossing them in a garbage can. These boys created a cardboard robot from an old box, plastic bottle and paper towel roll. They named the robot Phillbot.
