Outstanding wrestler honored by Board of Education

Nick Babin, a senior wrestler for the Emerson/Park Ridge team, was honored by the Emerson Board of Education. Babin was named the most outstanding wrestler in the Bergen County Holiday Tournament. In only 48 seconds, he pinned all four of his opponents. Babin was also named Athlete of the Week for The Record. He is ranked the tenth best wrestler nationally in the 120-pound weight class. Babin is headed to Columbia University in the fall.
