POP charts popping up in classes

Every sixth grade classroom has the same POP chart. It uses a thumbs up and thumbs down picture to show emotions.

POP: Pause. Own it. Practice. Those ideas are behind the new social-emotional lessons at Patrick M. Villano School. The lessons are deisgned to help students be aware of what they are feeling and use coping strategies to regulate their emotions as needed.
