Celebrating with ice cream on Valentine’s Day

Sixth grade students celebrated this Valentine’s Day with a grade-level ice cream party in the all-purpose room. Gallons of vanilla and chocolate ice cream were topped with rainbow sprinkles, chocolate syrup and whipped cream. Most students enjoyed the cold treat on Februray 14.
“My favorite part was the ice cream and winning Bingo because it felt really good, and I have never won Bingo before,” Nicolina Elisano said.
Many students enjoyed the game, as it made the party more fun. Like many other sixth grade students, Elisano enjoyed the freedom to celebrate with friends from different homerooms in the all-purpose room.
“I had so much fun hanging out with my friends,” Rylee Smith said.
These girls from various homerooms are all smiles to spend time together. In sixth grade, students have one party in the all-purpose room.
