What kidney stone?

A kidney stone couldn’t stop U.S. gymnast Simone Biles from leading the U.S. to first place at the 48th World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Qatar. Her performance also helped the U.S. secure a sport in the 2020 Olympics to be held in Tokyo. Sixth grader Ava McAdams has the story as part of a current events assignment in Social Studies class.
